Description: Natural disaster happen every year and it caused a lot of devastated result like lost of shelter, shortage basic supply like food and water and lastly the worse, loss of lives. Natural disaster like an earthquake if the magnitude is high, usually the affect like building collapse. And the situation become worse is that there are victims who trap in collapsed building which are still alive. The rescue mission has a problem to save those survived victims where it is hard to the rescuer to reach them as the path are full with debris and very not safe for rescuer to pass through.
As this technological age, the invention of technology that can overcome this problem must be done and it is called ResQ Bot. ResQ Bot Built with Raspberry Pi, Python and Flask. It is an IoT robot where it can pass through a place that human size cannot into the rescue mission location to locate the victims who trapped in collapsed building. This project will feature camera to visualize what happen and controlled by smartphone which is connected by using internet.
The methodology that been used to develop this project is called Agile Method and continuous delivery. With agile, standard updates are basically a requirement. This satisfies the user's wish for a continuously up to date device, the developer's need for a manageable development schedule.
